Camline USA Inc. in Sandy, Utah seeks for a full-time Key Account Manager Americas.

Duties:

Gather and organize information on problems, procedures, market trends, customer needs, and product effectiveness within the industry.

Confer with personnel and stakeholders to ensure the successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures and to understand customer needs and market demands.

Analyze gathered data to develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding, addressing customer concerns, identifying new market opportunities, and optimizing product messaging.

Document findings from studies and analyses, and prepare recommendations for implementing new systems, procedures, organizational changes, and marketing strategies.

Plan studies of work problems and procedures, including organizational change, communications, information flow, production methods, inventory control, cost analysis, and sales process optimization.

Prepare manuals and train workers in using new forms, reports, procedures, or equipment, according to organizational policy, ensuring smooth transitions and effective implementations.

Review forms and reports, confer with management and users about their format, distribution, and purpose, and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes in forms, reports, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.

Manage relationships with key customers and partners, acting as the main point of contact, identifying new opportunities, and navigating procurement requirements.

Help define and establish a sales process, including selecting and implementing a unified CRM, fostering a culture of accountability, and improving sales resource efficiency.

Create effective communication channels and cadence between customer-facing contributors and company management to enforce opportunity traceability and expedite the sales process.

Regularly review the progress of strategic plans, making changes and recommendations at all levels to promote a successful transition to a multi-channel sales model and achieving organizational objectives.

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm., off Saturday and Sunday.

Experience: 48 months. Management Consultant, Channel Manager, Business Development or related occupations.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.
