Now Hiring Entry-Level Quality Inspectors

Shifts & Pay:

Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM - $24/hour

We are hiring Quality Inspectors to support our production team by ensuring products meet quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

Inspect finished parts and sub-assemblies for quality and defects

Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections

Use measuring tools and inspection equipment (calipers, gauges, etc.)

Document inspection results and report non-conforming materials

Ensure products meet quality, safety, and customer specifications

Follow work instructions, quality procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements:

Quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive inspection tasks

Basic knowledge of measuring tools is a plus

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Odessa, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
