Shifts & Pay:

Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM - $24/hour

Monday-Thursday | 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM - $22/hour

Monday-Thursday | 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM - $20/hour

We are hiring Assemblers to support our production team with hands-on assembly work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

Assemble small parts and sub-assemblies

Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment

Inspect and clean assembled parts

Package finished components for shipment

Follow work instructions and quality standards

Requirements:

Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

Comfortable working with small parts and detailed work

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
