Twin City Staffing is hiring a Part-Time Staff Accountant for a flexible, remote opportunity based out of Monticello, MN. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who can take ownership of financial processes, manage payroll deadlines, and ensure accurate reporting. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently. Preference will be given to candidates local to Minnesota. Location: Monticello, MN (off-site / remote) Wage: $25 $35 per hour (based on experience) Hours: 15 - 20 hours a week, Part-time, flexible schedule (must be available Monday mornings) Benefits of the Part-Time Staff Accountant: Flexible schedule and remote work environment Great work-life balance Steady part-time hours Opportunity to own and manage key accounting functions Duties of the Part-Time Staff Accountant: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes Process and manage weekly payroll (deadline: Mondays at 11 AM Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Paycom Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance Track expenses and assist with financial reporting Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting activities Requirements of the Part-Time Staff Accountant: Proven accounting experience Strong payroll processing experience Proficiency in QuickBooks and Paycom Solid understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations Ability to work independently and meet strict deadline Available Monday mornings for payroll processing Preferred: Candidates local to Minnesota Additional information: Apply today!
