Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, OT ( Sat/Sun

Potential 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

Document Solutions Company is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team in Anaheim for 2nd shift. This role supports daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and inventory handling.

We are hiring for multiple roles including Warehouse Associates, Inventory associates, Machine Operators (Cutters/Book Binding), and Scanners . The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Assist with shipping and receiving processes

Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus)

Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts

Ensure products are properly labeled and packaged

Support document control processes (scanning, filing, and indexing)

Operate industrial cutting and book-binding machines as needed

Set up, adjust, and monitor machines to ensure quality production

Follow safety procedures when operating machinery and handling materials

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, logistics, or document control experience preferred

Experience in a document solution or print environment is a plus

Machine operation experience (cutting, binding) is a plus

Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and reliability
