Administrative Assistant

Description

Greet and assist visitors (interviews, vendors, clients and office deliveries) and validate parking tickets

Answer phone and route calls to the appropriate departments/people

Manage, sort, and dispense incoming mail

Manage all corporate mail (receiving, scanning, organizing, etc...)

Always maintain an organized workspace

Clean and tidy public spaces and conference rooms throughout the day

Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders

Monitor, stock, and order beverages and snacks daily

Assist with in-office caterings, office lunches, and events as needed

Support other teams with various administrative tasks (disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, scheduling travel, etc.)

Responsible for any maintenance issues and seeing issues through resolution. This can be done by working with building management and vendors.

Oversee cleanliness in the office by coordinating with everyone in the office and a cleaning company

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
