What You Will Be Doing

As the Control Account Manager you will be responsible for overseeing technical development, proposal and statement-of-work creation, task planning, and resource loading for the EO/IR subsystem.

Your responsibilities will include:

Manage supplier relationships and coordinate baseline change requests (BCRs/BLCRs).

Collaborate with Cost and Schedule Integrators and other stakeholders to maintain control-account budget integrity.

Develop and distribute cost-segregation guidelines to track authorized tasks.

Perform variance analysis and review Estimates at Complete (EACs) for affected control accounts.

Provide monthly status reports to internal leadership and customer personnel.

Further Information About This Opportunity

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN -?This position is located at a facility that requires?special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret?clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:

CAM or Project Management experience.

Supplier Management experience.

Desired Skills:

Business/Finance or Engineering/STEM related degree.

Knowledge of LM Aero Earned Value command media to include Earned Value processes, PPMP and PPMD.

Knowledge of LM Aero cost segregation systems including SAP, and financial management toolsets including Empower (VARs, CEAC), Winsight, APTs, and Finance Tool Box (Fit) Tool.

Hands-on familiarity with LM Aero EV metrics reports and data structures to include use of Tableau.

Ability to coordinate Supplier discussions regarding Cost, Schedule, Variances, Performance, Risks and Opportunities.

Ability to manage new proposal activity to include hitting deadlines and entering BOEs for team.

Familiarity with F-35 Mission Systems (EW/CM, Radar, CNI, ICP, Displays or EO/IR Sensors)

Experience collaborating with multi-functional teams.

Exceptional verbal and written communication ability, enabling clear, concise, and impactful exchanges with stakeholders at all levels.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
