Description We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This position is based in Arlington, Virginia, and offers the opportunity to craft impactful marketing strategies that drive online engagement and growth. Responsibilities:

Develop and manage effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and email marketing.

Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics to identify trends and optimize campaign results.

Create engaging content tailored to target audiences to boost brand visibility and online engagement.

Monitor and adjust Google AdWords campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.

Manage and refine email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall performance.

Provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing technologies and best practices.

Ensure all campaigns comply with industry standards and company policies. Requirements - Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics.

Strong understanding of Google AdWords and its optimization techniques.

Demonstrated ability to create and manage successful email campaigns.

Proficiency in analyzing data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and tools.
