Job Title: Sales Administrator Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our Sales team on a contract basis. This role is essential to ensuring accurate data entry, effective coordination, and clear communication across the sales process. The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and maintain estimation-related data using Microsoft Excel

Prepare, organize, and support estimation documentation for the Sales team

Distribute completed data and documentation to Sales and coordinate follow-ups as needed

Ensure all entries are accurate, well-organized, and completed in a timely manner

Communicate clearly and effectively with internal Sales team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a focus on data entry

Previous experience in administrative, sales support, or data entry roles

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

Reliable, punctual, and able to meet an 8:00 AM start time consistently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Prior administrative support experience

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to quickly shift priorities as business needs change

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Chelmsford, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
