Sales Support Specialist

Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay Range: $32.00/hour

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

Assist the sales team with order processing and customer inquiries

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Provide support in preparing sales reports and presentations

Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

What's Needed?

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools
