Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager - Supply Planning / Supply Chain to join their team. As a Sr. IT Project Manager - Supply Planning / Supply Chain, you will be part of the Supply Chain Operations supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. IT Project Manager - Supply Planning / Supply Chain

Location: Remote, some travel, preferably Milwaukee, WI or MI.

What's the Job?

Lead the delivery of the USCAN Supply Planning SaaS implementation and related supply chain initiatives.

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, implementation partners, and business units to ensure seamless project execution.

Develop integrated project plans, manage dependencies, and oversee risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with governance standards, maintain accurate documentation, and provide executive reporting.

What's Needed?

10+ years of project management experience in complex, multi-unit organizations.

Proven experience managing SaaS platform implementations within supply chain or manufacturing environments.

Strong skills in risk management, stakeholder communication, and project governance.

Hands-on experience with enterprise project tools such as Changepoint or Daptiv PPM.

Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive accountability across teams.
