THE POSITION

As aCommunications Project Coordinator, you will provide project management and administrative support to the Advertising and Public Relations department. Youll coordinate the execution and delivery of projects in collaboration with key stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will need to work independently, contribute to the smooth completion of marketing projects, meet deadlines and reduce the number of variables that affect deliverables.\ \ At Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics, we are committed to quality, service, integrity, and professionalism. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT

Oversee day-to-day project delivery, track progress, adjust plans to

meet deadlines, and coordinate the accurate and efficient completion of marketing and public relations projects

Serve as liaison between the Advertising and Public Relations

department, third-party resources, and other\ internal departments

Generate targeted mailing lists, marketing campaigns, and activities

Manage marketing material inventory

Create media kits for trade shows and industry events

Communicate marketing updates to company leadership and employees
