Summary You will serve as a PLACEMENT REPRESENTATIVE of NACC FIELD OFC. Responsibilities You will coordinate and update command points of contact with the status of the hiring and on-boarding for each candidate. You will receive, track, and follow up on nominations for supported commands to ensure timely action and execution. You will obtain required initial employee information for payroll purposes, in particular to ensure payment of salaries for the first scheduled payday. You will provide proof of reporting information to the local HRO and resolve any minor new hire reporting issues or problems. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience collecting, organizing, multi-tasking, reviewing, and generating documents. Experience using office automation to produce correspondence, reports, presentations or other requested items in support of the program. Experience working in leveraging a wide range of technical methods, principles, and practices for analyzing and evaluating the potential of a requested recruitment. Experience assisting on assigned management studies and surveys related to the program. Experience using HR tools such as Defense Civilian Personnel Data System and USA Staffing to process personnel transactions. GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
