Description

The Office Administrator provides vital administrative support to multiple different teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the achievement of sales goals. The Office Administrator will manage customer data, process orders, handle paperwork, and maintain sales records. This position will play a key role in communication between the sales team and other departments. This is a full-time on-site position requiring on-site presence. Responsibilities: - Receive and process sales orders, verify customer information, and ensure accurate invoicing. - Maintain customer records, address inquiries, and provide after-sales support. - Update and maintain customer databases and sales reports. - Facilitate communication between the sales team, other departments and customers. - Maintains filing systems as assigned. - Retrieves information as requested from records. - Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. - Performs other related duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
