Kelly® is seeking a Marketing Content Specialist on a 6-month temporary contract to work at a leading organization in San Jose, CA (Remote).

Pay Rate: $52.88 - $62.50 per hour

Shift: Days

Location: Remote - candidates can be located anywhere; time zone does not matter for the right candidate. Company location is San Jose, CA.

hat's a typical day as Marketing Content Specialist? You'll be:

Developing and maintaining brochure PDFs, presentations, and marketing collateral for the Orbitrap Tribrid portfolio

Translating complex scientific and technical content into clear, persuasive messaging tailored for customer engagement

Focusing on graphic design elements of presentation and collateral creation, primarily using PowerPoint and PDFs without the use of graphic design software

Collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, Applications, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment

Ensuring consistency in branding, tone, and visual presentation across all materials

Supporting go-to-market execution with high-quality, timely deliverables

Refining value propositions and product positioning for commercial priorities

Incorporating stakeholder feedback to optimize marketing materials

Managing multiple content projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail

Developing sales enablement and customer engagement materials

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

Have 3+ years of experience in marketing content, product marketing, or scientific communications

Possess a background in creating presentations and customer-facing collateral

Are familiar with the life sciences or analytical instrumentation markets (preferred)

Demonstrate strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills

Excel at simplifying complex technical information for varied audiences

Are proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and have advanced visual storytelling and presentation design capabilities

AI experience (Adobe Express, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, etc) a plus

Can produce polished, high-quality content with minimal supervision and a keen attention to detail
