Primary Responsibilities:

Seeking an entry-level Secretary to provide administrative support to engineering staff, including, but not limited to

Writing, editing, proofreading and formating technical specifications and documents;

Preparig and assembling drawing specification packages for distribution;

Cooridnating with project engineers, supervisors and other technical team members;

Preparing and formatting letters, memos and other correspondence;

Completing project documentation and packages accurately and on time;

Preparing meeting notes and disseminating information to team;

Printing, scanning and copying documents;

Maintaining confidential records and files;

Serving as a back-up to the department administrative assistant secretary as needed;

Also responsible for assisting other secretarial personnel as required such as switchboard operations.

Qualifications:

Experience working with MS Office applications.

Experience working in an office or customer focused environment.

Working knowledge of office equipment such as copiers, printers and scanners.

Ability to work in and foster a team environment with minimal supervision.

Ability to work overtime hours as necessary.

Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships at all levels, including ?internal clients, co-workers, clients and vendors.

Requirements:
?2 or more years of writing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience using MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Ability to work under and maintain strict confidentiality is required.?

Must possess or have ability to obtain Security Clearances.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
