Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales
Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be
the driving force behind expanding our customer base, building strong
client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet
diverse business needs. Your enthusiasm for sales combined with your
strategic mindset will help us grow our market presence and achieve
outstanding results. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity
to develop your skills in outside sales, business development, and
account management within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Engage in proactive outside sales efforts to identify and pursue new
business opportunities across designated territories. Manage existing
accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client
needs, and upselling relevant products or services. Lead generation
through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM software to build a
robust pipeline of potential clients. Conduct product demonstrations and
technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits tailored
to client requirements. Develop and implement territory management
strategies to maximize coverage and sales effectiveness. Negotiate
contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial
agreements while maintaining profitability. Collaborate with marketing
teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development
initiatives. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce for tracking leads,
managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales data to refine
strategies. Experience Proven track record in B2B sales, including
direct sales, inside sales, and territory management. Experience with
management or leadership roles in sales environments is a plus. Strong
skills in negotiation, customer service, and analysis to identify
opportunities and close deals effectively. Familiarity with technology
sales or retail sales environments is advantageous. Proficiency in CRM
software (e.g., Salesforce) and lead generation techniques such as cold
calling is essential. Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos,
upsell solutions, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Excellent
communication skills combined with a proactive approach to building
