management and daily administrative operations and is ideal for a
detail-oriented legal professional looking for a stable, long-term

Create and maintain spreadsheets for client medical visits and treatment
tracking Record, organize, and review medical records for accuracy and
completeness Manage insurance claims, wage loss documentation, and
off-work slips Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and
medical providers Assist with case organization and administrative
support Support attorneys and staff with day-to-day office operations
We\'re Seeking: Minimum of two years of legal assistant or legal office
experience Previous Personal Injury experience preferred Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time
management skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work
efficiently under pressure Litigation experience, including drafting
documents and e-filing, is a plus Ability to pass a background check and
drug test Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM \' 5:00 PM Apply
