What does a Operations Manager - North Branch do?

As the Operations Manager at Viking Coca-Cola, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our team of Route, Relief, Overnight Express, and Bulk Drivers, alongside dedicated Warehouse Staff across both shifts. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise, guide, and support your team, providing direction and counseling to drive exceptional performance. You'll also oversee the facility and grounds, ensuring an efficient and safe workplace. With a keen focus on managing operating expenses, you'll maintain consistent procedures that guarantee high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
