To excel as a Sales Manager at Viking Coca Cola, you need a robust set of skills and qualifications that will drive your success in this dynamic role. A high school diploma or equivalent is essential, alongside previous direct store delivery sales and management experience. A valid Class D driver's license is mandatory, and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Check is required per our Vehicle Safety Policy. Strong oral communication skills are critical, enabling you to negotiate effectively, address customer and employee concerns, and deliver compelling presentations.

Organizational skills are vital for managing your time and responsibilities efficiently, while proficiency in advanced trade math functions and basic computer skills will aid in your day-to-day operations.
