The Senior Software Engineer will lead the delivery of scoped features and
services through collaborative teams, ensuring alignment with platform and
business objectives. This role involves designing, developing and implementing
test automation to validate the high quality of the solutions. The engineer will
drive continuous improvement, conduct code reviews, and support operational
excellence through proactive monitoring and debugging. Strong technical
judgment, effective communication, and a product-driven mindset are essential
to translate complex requirements into scalable, maintainable systems that

What you'll do:
Lead delivery of features and components through collaboration with
engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and business
objectives.
Integrate Al/ML components and leverage generative Al tools to enhance
the software quality.
Participate in root cause and test escape analysis to insure fewer future
defects.
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex problems into
actionable technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
Monitor application performance, support CI/CD pipelines, and drive
continuous improvement in software delivery and reliability.
Mentor peers, share knowledge, and promote engineering excellence
within the team.
What you'll bring:
Minimum of 2+ years of professional software development experience,
with consumer electronics experience.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience with a modern UI/UX Framework React
React Native, Angular, or Svelte.
Proven ability to deliver test automation through collaboration with
engineering teams.
Skilled in code review, debugging, and continuous integration/deployment
processes.
Experience integrating Al/ML components and leveraging generative Al
tools to enhance code quality.
Effective collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional
teams and stakeholders.
Commitment to engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous
improvement.
Experience with embedded software system is a plus.
Experience with some form of OOP in software development with
proficiency in languages such as Python and C++ is a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
