diversify, we\'re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assembly Lead
to join our team in Waukesha, WI. In this role, you\'ll be responsible
for assembling and testing engines and other CFR products, assisting the
Manufacturing Supervisor in monitoring production, and training and
developing other associates on the shop floor. You\'ll be a key
contributor in building the tools that keep our global energy

Diploma/GED Minimum five years of hands-on mechanical or
electromechanical assembly experience Ability to read and interpret
engineering drawings Strong mechanical aptitude, preferably with engine
experience Basic computer knowledge Physically able to lift and handle

sub-assemblies, and kits according to engineering drawings and
documented procedures. Serve as a technical point of contact for
assemblers with process or assembly questions. Maintain awareness of
workflow, safety practices, and general productivity while working on
the floor. Follow and model plant safety requirements at all times. Help
ensure work meets established quality and delivery standards. Maintain a
clean and organized work area. Provide respectful reminders regarding
safety and workplace expectations when needed; escalate ongoing concerns
or issues to the Manufacturing Supervisor. Support the Supervisor\'s
leadership of the floor. Assist in training new and existing employees
on proper assembly techniques and procedures. Help reinforce correct
methods and documented processes on the floor. Communicate recurring
training or skill gaps to the Supervisor. Perform testing and
troubleshooting as required. Operate necessary equipment including hand
tools, power tools, test engines, wash tank, paint booth, and overhead
crane. Step into any assembly area as needed to support production
demands, absences, or bottlenecks. Maintain high attention to detail to
