Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative

A steel manufacturing company located in Streetsboro, OH, is looking for a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to join our team! This would be a direct hire position, and benefits include 401k with match, Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability insurance, and Life insurance options.

Job Duties:

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction and care which requires exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and an open team approach in dealing with stressful, demanding internal and external customer situations.

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and measurable metrics. Coordinate efforts between sales, production, quality, shipping, and accounting teams.

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Handle quotation and order processing including the generation of order acknowledgements.

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Interact with customers daily, responding to questions and guiding them to the appropriate service, department and individual.

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Provide information to customers including but not limited to production, delivery, quotation and order status

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Maintains customer records, update customer account information including pricing and customer requirements/specifications.

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Problem Solving.

[o ]{courier="" new",="" courier,="" monospace"=""}Contribute to selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem

[o ]{courier="" new",="" courier,="" monospace"=""}Coordinate customers follow up to ensure resolution
