Salary/Schedule:

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with remote work on Fridays

Salary: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour (Negotiable)

What a Typical Day Looks Like for a Global Travel Analyst:

Manage daily operations of the Global Corporate Credit Card Program and assist remote HR departments with card issuance and cancellations.

Prepare and reconcile Business Travel Accounts (BTA) for U.S. processing and payments, coordinating with Finance to ensure prompt reimbursement of travel expenses.

Generate and analyze reports for all travel-related systems, provide secondary support for the Expense Reimbursement system, and adhere to company security policies.

This Role May Be a Great Fit for You If You:

Hold an Associate's Degree (preferred) and have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Program Administration, or a similar field.

Have experience in Corporate Travel, Corporate Cards, and Travel & Expense Reimbursement systems.

Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS SharePoint) and possess basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
