Integration Architect-PMS and POS modernization

Job Summary

Lead a high-visibility enterprise program focused on driving ancillary revenue growth through PMS and POS integration modernization. This is a delivery-heavy transformation role requiring strong governance financial control and cross-functional orchestration across technology operations and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Full program governance (charter roadmap KPIs RAID steering cadence)

Integrated master planning across PMS POS digital and revenue systems

Budget control forecasting risk mitigation and executive reporting

Multi-vendor orchestration (Oracle POS platforms SIs digital partners)

Wave-based global rollout and property level readiness

Value realization tracking (revenue uplift attach rates speed to market)

12+ years leading large-scale enterprise programs especially in Hotels and restaurant and understands the domain depth upstream and downstream

Proven PMO discipline across multi workstream

Deep hospitality systems knowledge (PMS workflows POS operations integrations finance and operations systems)

Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills

Commercial mindset connects delivery to revenue outcomes

A structured decisive transformation leader who can govern complexity control execution and turn hospitality system integrations into measurable revenue impact

The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
