In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing team that supports commercial banking clients through loan administration, closings, and ongoing relationship servicing. This role drives operational excellence, ensures regulatory compliance, and strengthens partnerships across the organization. You\'ll play a key role in shaping processes, developing talent, and enhancing the client experience. Key Accountabilities Leadand develop a team of Commercial Relationship Specialists and Leads, setting clear expectations and driving performance. Manageworkflow, staffing, and priorities to ensuretimely,accurateloan administration and portfolio support. Coachand mentor team members through regular feedback, training, and career development opportunities. Driveprocess improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and service quality across teams. Ensurecompliance with all credit policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. Partnerwith internal stakeholders including Credit, Loan Operations, and Risk to deliver seamless client solutions. Standardizeprocedures and promote best practices across regions and teams. Supportbusiness growth by fostering strong relationships with sales teams and enhancingthe clientexperience. Education & Experience Required: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience 10+ years of commercial banking loan administration experience 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams and people leaders 7+ years of experience with commercial credit, loan documentation, and bank operations Experience with multi-bank loan syndications as Administrative Agent Preferred: Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management practices Experience leading process improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams WhyYou\'llLove Working Here At Associated Bank,you\'lljoin a...
