Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative positions in Salt Lake City, UT. Responsibilities:

· Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

· Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner while providing strong customer service

· Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

· Monitor progress of delivery routes, scan haul-away pods, and verify stamps

Requirements:

· Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment

· Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask, stay organized, and resolve issues under pressure

Perks:

· Shift: Monday - Saturday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

· Weekly paycheck

· Pay: $18.00

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
