We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (EA) to support the Project Management Office, RF R&D, and the Santa Rosa, California R&D team within Emerson's Test & Measurement Business Group. This role is critical in enabling executive effectiveness in a fast-paced, global organization as well as general development administrative site support. The ideal candidate is an exceptional organizer, trusted partner, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments, anticipates needs, and brings a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and operational excellence.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Provide administrative support to the PMO, RF R&D, and Santa Rosa Site teams.
Drive efficient workflows, systems, and operating rhythms that improve leadership effectiveness.
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Prepare, submit, and track expense reports and related administrative processes
Purchase office and lab supply as needed
Create recognition packages for project team
Manage travel budget as requested by project team
Proactive manage Santa Rosa facilities for product development efficiency
Coordinate Santa Rosa team events
Use Microsoft tools to archive and to share training material (video, slides, documents)
Continuously optimize administrative processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Communicate with global product development team as needed for PMO Governance
Schedule executive meetings

For This Role, You Will Need:
2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a global enterprise environment.
Advanced proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience supporting global leadership teams across multiple time zones.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
