As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will help maintain a welcoming environment through visible patrols, access control support, and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy requirements, with routine vehicle patrols and detailed reporting. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, employees, drivers, and visitors by following established security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random foot patrols of production, warehouse, office, and perimeter areas to help to identify suspicious activity, unsecured doors, and/or unusual conditions.

Monitor and control access at gates, docks, and entrances by verifying identification, managing visitor and vendor check-in, and directing traffic and/or parking flow as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, coordinating with site contacts, and contacting local authorities and/or Allied Universal leadership when required.

Complete detailed reports and logs, document patrol findings and incidents, and communicate status updates using radios, phones, and/or site systems.

Minimum Requirements:

Security Experience - 1+ Years.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.

Customer Service Experience - preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
