Account Executive- Inside Sales

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven SaaS Account Executive to drive sales and new client acquisition for our client in the healthcare SaaS space. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years sales experience in SaaS sales and the healthcare industry.

The right person for this role is a sales hunter-a go getter with an entrepreneurial mindset who is KPI driven. This person needs to have a background in multi process sales cycles-from prospecting leads to closing deals-working with multiple stakeholders and managing 30-40 outreaches per day. This is a hybrid position reporting into office three times per week. This position pays a 80-100K salary and commissions

Key Responsibilities

Drive Individual Sales Performance: Execute full-cycle SaaS sales across a geographical territory, including prospecting, outreach (30-40 daily), stakeholder engagement, and closing deals.

Manage Multi-Stakeholder Sales Cycles: Navigate complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers, ensuring alignment and momentum throughout the cycle.

Track and Achieve KPIs: Maintain a KPI-driven approach to outreach, pipeline development, and revenue generation, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to align sales strategies with client needs and company goals.

Contribute to Team Culture: Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment by leading through example and promoting accountability and ownership.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

5-7 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in healthcare or startup environments.

Proven success in full-cycle sales

Strong KPI orientation

Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a "hunter" mentality. - Background in healthcare sales.

Ability to coach/mentor others to meet targets.

Experience scaling teams in startup or high-growth environments.

Proficiency in SalesLoft & ZoomInfo
