Work You'll Do

The Senior Marketing Specialist will support the Government and Public Services (GPS) industry marketing team to differentiate the Deloitte brand and drive Deloitte's business priorities. The role will focus on the development and implementation of innovative integrated marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing professional. The candidate should have a strong desire to grow in industry knowledge and professional services marketing. The candidate must be able to work well with people at all levels of a matrixed organization.

This role will report to a GPS Marketing Manager. Specific areas of focus include:

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote Deloitte GPS capabilities, offerings, and assets.

Assist in strategy and execution of industry events and sponsorships-in-person, hybrid, and virtual.

Creation and implementation of full social media plans for campaigns and build awareness of Deloitte's GPS practice in the market

Coordinate and manage updates for Deloitte's external website to help generate page visits and drive engagement of featured content

Comfortable drafting / reviewing various @types of content, including ad copy, web copy, social copy, and marketing collateral.

Our team spans across the US and India, providing go to market insights, marketing strategies. and best-in-class creative. We foster a collaborative, efficient, and highly effective environment, empowering our team members to align with Deloitte's strategic objectives and values.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing or Communications preferred)

3+ years of post-college marketing and communications career experience

1+ years of experience with marketing tech and innovation to drive and enhance campaign deliverables

1+ years of experience with content marketing techniques; audience segmentation, SEO, personas

1+ years of experience using marketing and communications basics to drive business goals

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Must be legally allowed to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

Experience working within the government professional services market

Proficiency in MS Office Products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Professionals in the Growth Channel may apply and be considered for the role regardless of US office location.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $73,100 to $121,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
