Job Summary:

The Executive Administrator provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, secure environment. The Executive Administrator will manage daily administrative functions while ensuring compliance with Department of the Air Force (DoW) processes, terminology, and security requirements.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.

Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, briefings, and presentations.

Maintain records, files, and documentation in accordance with DoW processes and security protocols.

Serve as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Manage travel arrangements, expense tracking, and logistical coordination.

Ensure accurate and timely handling of sensitive and classified information.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Support special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

Must be a US citizen.

Active TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance.

Minimum of 3 years of administrative or executive administrative experience.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Working knowledge and understanding of DoW processes and terminology.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Successful background and drug screening check.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience supporting senior-level executives in a government or defense environment.

Familiarity with classified document handling and secure office operations.

Experience using the Defense Travel System (DTS), including preparation and reconciliation of travel authorizations and expense reports.

Associate or bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.

Experience working in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
