At Kelly®, we're seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work at a premier legal services firm, in Woodland Hills, CA. This opportunity could be the one you've been looking for.

Pay Rate: $21/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Customer Service Assistant:

Supporting Client Service Specialists (CSS) with client communications to help obtain necessary records.

Following up with clients on required actions such as fee approvals and authorizations.

Managing incoming invoices and correspondence, as well as handling calls and emails from agents or field contacts.

Make expediting calls for urgent requests, client follow-ups, and problem records Monitor and respond to CSR emails and voicemails

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for customer service; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced situations.

Are adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
