Our client, a leading organization in the Toy manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to join their team. As a Senior Marketing Associate, you will be part of the digital marketing department supporting social media, influencer partnerships, and paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Marketing Associate

Location: El Segundo, CA

Pay Range: $40- $45

What's the Job?

Support the execution and daily management of influencer and paid digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, video, and display channels.

Collaborate with agency and media partners to plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies.

Build and nurture relationships within the digital influencer community and coordinate on-site influencer activations.

Lead influencer selection, briefing, and creative development for marketing campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize strategies to meet marketing goals.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, influencer partnerships, or brand collaborations.

Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), SEO/SEM tools (Google Ads, Amazon, Yelp), and programmatic media.

Strong understanding of various influencer segments and an established network of agents and managers.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
