About the role you're considering
Capgemini is seeking fulltime Backend Developer with strong experience in Java and Golang to build, enhance, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services. The role focuses on developing cloud-ready, API-driven applications using modern engineering practices.
Your role
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop backend services using Java and Golang Build and maintain RESTful APIs and distributed services Contribute to system design, performance tuning, and scalability Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and cross-functional teams Ensure code quality, reliability, and security through best practices Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Java and Golang Backend frameworks and service development REST APIs, JSON, and data persistence (SQL/NoSQL) Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing Experience with Linux and server-side development Nice to Have: Microservices architecture Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) Agile/Scrum experience Large-scale enterprise systems exposure
