Maintenance Planner - Scheduler

System One is working with a client to fill a position for a Maintenance Planner - Scheduler to support efficient, reliable plant operations. This role ensures maintenance activities are well-organized, coordinated, and aligned with production needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules

Coordinate planned maintenance with production to minimize downtime

Create, prioritize, and manage work orders within the CMMS

Collaborate with maintenance technicians, engineers, and production teams on equipment reliability

Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized services

Support the implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures for maintenance operations

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of maintenance planning experience in an industrial environment

Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is a strong asset

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize within time and budget constraints

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of OSHA and relevant safety regulations

Experience in the corrugated industry is an asset
