Job Description
U.S. Bancorp Asset Management is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Client Sales and Support Specialist to join our institutional investment advisory platform. This role supports the delivery of a high-quality client experience through coordination of meetings and events, administrative and compliance support, and partnership with project managers and senior leaders across the firm.
The Client Sales and Support Specialist works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure client engagements, conferences, and office operations are executed with professionalism, attention to detail, and adherence to firm standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong prioritization skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a regulated, client-facing environment.
Essential Functions
Serve as a support coordinator for client pool boards, providing governance and administrative support including meeting coordination, minute-taking, documentation management, and regulatory or compliance support.
Coordinate end-to-end logistics for client meetings, conferences, and related events, including sponsorship management, travel and accommodations, materials shipping, on-site support, and hosted client dinners, with a strong focus on service quality and compliance.
Provide administrative and logistical support to people leaders and executives, including calendaring, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and meeting coordination.
Support client communications by scheduling portfolio reviews, tracking inquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate follow-up.
Maintain compliance documentation, manage contracts, and process expense reports accurately and in accordance with firm policies.
Act as a liaison between the firm's risk (insurance) team and client risk teams to support effective communication and alignment.
Provide support for office operations as needed, including mail distribution, supply ordering, and meeting setup, to ensure a professional workplace experience.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically three to five years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience providing administrative, client service, risk, insurance, or related support within a corporate or professional services environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Adobe products is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal partners and external clients.
High attention to detail, strong proofreading skills, and a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and professionalism.
Ability to lift and move packages as needed in support of conferences and office-related activities.
Experience supporting regulated or compliance-sensitive environments, preferably within financial services or institutional investment management.
Familiarity with governance support, event planning, and client service platforms.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functional teams, exercising sound judgment and discretion with minimal supervision.
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and operate independently.
Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service while managing sensitive or complex matters.
Experience using Salesforce.
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,140.00 - $108,400.00
