Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time clerical assistant. This position involves working 5 days a week for 4 to 5 hours each day. The primary responsibilities include switchboard services for multiple clients, timecard/data entry and providing limited assistance with credit and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and directing calls for multiple clients

Daily timecard/data entry for multiple clients

Maintain/manage electronic files and records

Sorting and processing daily incoming and outgoing mail

Using office equipment to check emails, make copies, and update computer databases.

Sorting, filing, and maintaining filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval.

Completing assignments and projects according to instructions from supervisors.

Skills Required:

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Excellent phone skills and strong telephone etiquette.

Professional qualities, including discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Knowledge Required:

Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Familiarity with office equipment, for printing and scanning purposes

Understanding of basic accounting principles.

Benefits:
