Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain/Operations Manager to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth flow of materials, resources, and services that support our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, vendor relations, and operational support, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Source and purchase essential materials for business operations

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts

Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels

Evaluate goods and services based on quality, price, and technical specifications

Assist with estimating and scheduling project timelines

Support resource management including personnel and budgets

Process invoicing and maintain accurate records

Provide exceptional customer service and support internal teams
