We are seeking aMarket Inventory Complianceteam member to support our micro-market operations by ensuring accurate inventory levels, proper product rotation, compliance with merchandising standards, and an exceptional customer experience across assigned accounts. This role plays a key part in reducing shrink and waste while supporting company standards and KPI goals.

As a member of our retail operations team, you'll work closely withRoute Merchandisers, Planogram Compliance, and Retail Operations Leadershipto keep markets organized, compliant, and customer-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct full micro-market inventories in compliance with Five Star Breaktime Solutions branch RTO KPI requirements

Validate product rotation using first in, first out (FIFO) practices and correct issues on site as needed

Remove expired product and record waste as needed

Ensure products are properly merchandised, including straightening, facing, grouping like items, and maintaining an organized appearance

Validate execution of company planograms and promotional signage as required by corporate and division leadership

Report theft, vandalism, inventory shortages, maintenance concerns, and service issues to management immediately

Ensure fixtures, kiosks, headers, lighting, shelving, and related equipment are in good working order and properly placed

Clean and sanitize shelving, countertops, coolers, kiosks, and other market surfaces as needed

Use company-issued handheld technology and operating systems in accordance with company SOPs to maintain accurate inventory levels

Support management by providing visibility into customer accounts and market conditions

Address service complaints on site when possible and communicate customer concerns to management as needed

Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, use assigned fuel card appropriately, safeguard assigned fuel PIN, and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly

Comply with all company guidelines related to safety, loss prevention, cash handling, and inventory controls

Maintain a safe work environment and report unsafe acts or working conditions to the appropriate manager

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience

Previous merchandising, inventory, route, retail, or micro-market experience preferred

Must be21 years of age or olderin order to qualify for aDOT certification

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, coworkers, and management

Ability to maintain a professional appearance and follow company guidelines regarding uniforms, hygiene, and cleanliness

Must be able to work in a team environment and support branch, team, and company goals as needed

Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals

Ability to solve practical problems and interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions

Must provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, approachable demeanor in customer locations

Must not wear earbuds or headphones while in customer locations

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift throughout the workday

Ability to lift and carry products, supplies, and equipment as needed

Ability to work in varying environments including customer locations, storage areas, and retail market spaces
