We're looking for a reliable and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Position Summary The Part-Time Administrative Assistant will support daily agency operations through administrative tasks, outreach to prospective clients, and participation in community networking events. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, personable, and enjoys working in a mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: - Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining files - Contact potential clients via phone, email, and follow-up communications - Schedule consultations and assist with coordination of client inquiries - Support agency networking and community outreach events (setup, check-in, greeting attendees) - Assist with social media and marketing tasks as needed - Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of administrative or office experience preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with potential clients - Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic email platforms - Organized, dependable, and able to work independently - Willingness to attend occasional evening networking events - Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus What We Offer: - Flexible part-time schedule - Opportunity to grow within the company - Positive and supportive work environment - Community-focused mission Compensation: $15-$17/hour, depending on experience
