Our client, is seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Lab Technician, you will be an essential part of the Research & Innovation department, supporting the development and launch of groundbreaking products.

Job Title: Lab Technician

Location: Clark, NJ

Pay Range: $22 per hour

What's the Job?

Prepare and handle formulas and samples with precision in small-scale laboratory settings.

Collaborate closely with formulation chemists to create formula batches ensuring high-quality standards.

Organize and maintain laboratory samples for testing, photoshoots, and global distribution.

Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in maintaining laboratory cleanliness and safety protocols.

What's Needed?

Entry-level experience or a strong interest in laboratory work; on-the-job training will be provided.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting.
