The Global Supply Chain Operations & Analytics Leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive data and analytics strategy that strengthens operational performance across Beckman Coulter's global supply chain. This role will lead the creation and governance of accurate , reliable master data; design standardized global processes; and build the tools, dashboards, and analytics needed to drive On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Working Capital Turns (WCT) improvements. As a key architect of our "one system of truth," this leader will unlock visibility, improve decision-making, and accelerate performance across planning, manufacturing, logistics , and operations. ?

Additionally, this position will define and implement our global analytics architecture, partner with functional leaders to enable Oracle adoption and optimization and establish a drumbeat operating rhythm that ensures consistent delivery, accountability, and alignment. This role is critical in elevating team capability, advancing digital operations, and ensuring the supply chain has the data foundation and analytics required to achieve our strategic priorities. ?

Position Overview ?
The Global Supply Chain Operations & Analytics Leader is responsible for playing a critical role in developing the data foundation, advanced analytics capabilities, and standardized processes required to deliver OTD, WCT, and other core CVDs. This position will lead master data accuracy initiatives, establish global data governance, build a scalable analytics strategy, and elevate the organization's ability to make timely , data-driven decisions. ?
Operating as a key enabler of transformation, this leader will create a unified system of truth, strengthen the use of Oracle across the supply chain, and implement a structured operating rhythm to drive consistent global execution.
Key Responsibilities?
Master Data & Systems Governance?
Lead the creation, maintenance, and governance of accurate global master data across products, materials, planning parameters, and supply chain structures.?
Analytics Strategy & Execution?
Build and own the global supply chain analytics strategy, including architecture, tools, dashboards, and data models.?
Partner with functional and regional teams to define KPIs, eliminate data gaps, standardize metrics, and improve visibility.?
Develop analytics that support OTD, WCT, capacity, supply/demand planning, and network performance.?
Operational Mechanisms & Drumbeat Execution?
Establish a global supply chain operating rhythm (daily/weekly/monthly drumbeat) supported by standardized dashboards and KPI reviews.?
Global Process Standardization & Capability Building?
Deploy globally consistent processes, best practices, and digital tools across planning, operations, and logistics.. Build functional capability in data literacy, analytics tools, and system usage.?
Lead transformation projects that advance digital operations and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
Required Qualifications ?
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, IT, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with long-standing experience in supply chain analytics, master data management, or operations; or a master's degree with extensive related experience. ?
Demonstrated experience developing and governing supply chain master data and/or designing data architectures. ?
Proven experience building dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for operational performance improvement. ?
Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and leading global process standardization. ?
Strong capability in data analysis, systems thinking, and structured problem solving. ?
Preferred Qualifications ?
Experience deploying analytics in a manufacturing, global supply chain, or regulated environment. ?
Experience presenting complex data insights to senior leaders with clarity and impact. ?
Experience leading system transformations (Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms). ?
Travel Requirements ?
Up to 20-25% global travel.

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $170,000 to 255,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
