As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal, you will be the welcoming first point of contact at a professional location, supporting access control, visitor check-in, badge management, and phone and/or radio communications. You will monitor cameras and alarms, document security-related activity, and respond to concerns with calm customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by following established security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Greet and screen visitors, issue and/or collect visitor credentials, verify identification as required, and direct guests to the appropriate location while maintaining a professional presence.

Monitor access points and front desk activity, observe for unusual conditions that may help to deter unwanted activity, and communicate concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting details, and assisting with response actions as directed.

Complete required reports and logs, answer incoming calls, relay messages, and support administrative front desk tasks in alignment with post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
