You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

What you need to know about this position:

Education / Certifications: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)- Required

Job specific requirements:

Minimum 5 years total experience into electrician.

Completed an approved Apprenticeship or Training

At least 4 years of manufacturing experience.

Ability to work any shift (2nd, 3rd), weekends, and holidays as required.

Atleast 1 year VFD experience

Troubleshooting electrical breakdowns and component level.

Atleast 2 years maintenance experience

IBEW or apprenticeship program.

Work schedule: Ability to work on 2nd, 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays as required

USHourly

Salary and Benefits:

The hourly wage for this position is $38.93/hour. The position offers healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and paid time off, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements.
