Real Estate Paralegal (Direct Hire)

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 + Full Benefits

Our firm provides legal services across real estate, employee relocation, immigration, personal injury, criminal law, estate planning, and business law.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a client-focused Real Estate Paralegal to join our Richmond office. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive compensation and strong long-term growth potential.

In this role, you will work closely with Victor Shaheen II, supporting residential real estate closings. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal with 1-3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

What You'll Do

As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and successful closings by:

Communicating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and municipalities

Gathering and organizing documentation required for real estate transactions

Preparing, processing, and transmitting closing documents to lenders

Coordinating closing logistics and timelines with attorneys and all parties involved

Meeting with clients and real estate professionals to facilitate closings

Delivering a high-quality, professional, and supportive client experience throughout the process

What We're Looking For

Required:

1+ year of real estate closing experience (law firm or title company)

Strong customer service and communication skills (this is a highly client-facing role)

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong typing and technical skills; comfortable working in a paperless environment

Preferred:

2-3 years of relevant experience

Proactive mindset with strong initiative and follow-through

Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
