Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate:

Organize and maintain inventory

Safely lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.

Track products throughout the warehouse

Inspect inventory for defects or damages

Accurately fill and verify customer orders

Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery (training provided)

Process, package, and ship orders

Enter data into SAP and other warehouse management systems

Collaborate with management to achieve key objectives

Comply with all company safety and hygiene regulations

Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with the 7S Program

Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable, responsible, and a collaborative team player

Familiarity with warehouse data systems (SAP/WMS a plus)

Basic computer literacy required

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in warehouse operations preferred

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

Capable of extended periods of typing and data entry

Warehouse/office dock environment, occasional exposure to weather, moderate to loud noise levels

General Security & Compliance:

Adhere to company policies, including information security and confidentiality

Protect company assets and data

Report any security incidents appropriately

Process data in compliance with applicable laws and company procedures
