?? Immediate Start - Production Associate

Multiple Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd

?? Fastest start times available on 3rd shift!

?? Pay: $18.00-$19.80/hr

?? What You'll Do

Load blank PCB/PCBA boards into SMT machines and monitor production lines

Load/unload component reels, thread reels, and restart machines as needed

Move boards from SMT to PTH lines and ensure components/solder paste remain properly stocked

Assemble completed PCB/PCBA boards into server boxes using hand & power tools

Follow on-screen build sheets to complete assemblies accurately

Perform pass/fail testing on server boxes and record results

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

At least 6 months of work experience (manufacturing experience a plus but NOT required!)

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
