**POSITION SUMMARY

**Seeking qualified candidates for the position of Deputy Fiscal Officer. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional with experience supporting accounting, fiscal operations, and administrative functions. The Deputy Fiscal Officer provides clerical and administrative support across multiple functional areas, including financial operations, human resources, and general office administration. This position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and discretion when handling confidential financial and personnel information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide clerical and administrative support for accounting and fiscal operations, including financial recordkeeping and documentation

Assist with budget tracking, invoices, purchase orders, and financial reporting support

Support human resources functions such as personnel documentation and record maintenance

Maintain accurate and organized financial and administrative records

Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Support daily office operations and administrative processes

Perform additional administrative and fiscal support duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience providing clerical, administrative, or fiscal support

Basic knowledge or experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial processes preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to maintain confidential financial and personnel information

Reliable, professional, and adaptable
