Position Summary The Manager of Client Marketing - Emerging is a strategic, growth-oriented role responsible for building and scaling marketing capabilities that support new business acquisition and early-stage program growth. This role partners closely with Regional Directors and the Senior Regional Director of Client Marketing to develop compelling new business proposals, streamline and standardize marketing responses, and ensure accurate, scalable budgeting for emerging opportunities. In addition, this role leads the development of Marketing as a Service (MaaS) offerings, including service design, pricing and budgeting models, proposal content, training, and sales enablement materials. The Manager of Client Marketing - Emerging also owns the marketing startup process for all new programs, ensuring a smooth transition from proposal to execution and ultimately to long-term ownership by Client Marketing Managers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. New Business Development & Proposals Partner with Regional Directors and business development teams to develop marketing components of new business proposals. Create and maintain standardized marketing proposal content and templates. Develop and manage marketing budgets for new business opportunities. Support go/no-go decisions with feasibility and effort estimates. Marketing as a Service (MaaS) Development Co-develop Marketing as a Service offerings with senior leadership. Define service models, scopes, pricing, and delivery assumptions. Create proposal language, sales decks, and enablement materials. Develop internal training and documentation. Program Startup & Transition Leadership Own the marketing startup process for all new programs. Translate proposal commitments into executable marketing plans and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for smooth launches. Transition stabilized programs to Client Marketing Managers. Supervisory Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to direct reports and departmental staff, including interviewing, workforce planning, assigning and monitoring work, completing performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, and administering disciplinary actions when necessary. Support and mentor team members in achieving their annual goals as well as their long-term career development goals. Position Requirements Education and Experience
